Procure
We source raw materials and packaging from our vetted supplier network — or use yours. All incoming materials are inspected against spec sheets before entering production. Approved vendor list available for regulated customers.

Mix
Precision mixing is our core capability. We work with epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, thermal compounds, greases, solder materials, and specialty chemistries. Batch sizes from 50 to 5,000+ lbs. Full environmental controls throughout.

Post-process
After mixing, materials may require degas, planetary mixing, high-shear dispersion, color matching, or specialty blending. We operate equipment for low-viscosity inks to high-fill thermal pastes.

Fill
Automated filling from 5ml syringes to 1-gallon cartridges, 1K and 2K formats, custom container sizes. We fill to customer-specified tolerances — typically ±2% by weight.

Label
GHS-compliant labeling, private label, custom print, or customer-supplied labels. Carton, blister pack, kit assembly, and club-pack formats. Barcoding, lot coding, and expiry dating available.

Store
On-site warehouse for ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage. Inventory management on WMS with real-time lot tracking. Customer-owned inventory held on VMI terms.

Ship
